Same issue as other person.  Visual vmail not working after most recent update to software.

Hello, @Werth4949! We want to help with the visual voicemail not working.


We do need a few more details to provide the most accurate information such as:

  • Which device do you have? We need this information so we can ensure we provide the specific troubleshooting steps for that device.
  • Have you tried to power cycle the device? Turning the device off and back on can fix some features after a recent update.

Also, go to settings and turn the visual voicemail feature off and then back on to see if that restores it.
