Hello, @Werth4949! We want to help with the visual voicemail not working.

We do need a few more details to provide the most accurate information such as:

Which device do you have? We need this information so we can ensure we provide the specific troubleshooting steps for that device.
Have you tried to power cycle the device? Turning the device off and back on can fix some features after a recent update.

Also, go to settings and turn the visual voicemail feature off and then back on to see if that restores it.
