Visual Voicemail stopped working on Galaxy Note20
At the end of February my Visual Voicemail randomly stopped working. It gives an error message 9999 and says to call a phone number which goes to Verizon. I have NEVER had Verizon service, but I tried the number anyway and they couldn't help me as I don't have an account with them. I called AT&T support and they reset my voicemail, which lost my messages and didn't actually fix the issue. My VOICEMAIL works fine and I can call in to get my messages, but my Visual Voicemail does not download new messages and simply has the same list of ones that ended at the end of February. I would like to be able to use Visual Voicemail again.

Hello Metikla, we're here to help get your visual voicemail back up to working.
Try to power cycle your device to reset your device. Also, you'll need to set up your visual voicemail service again if you recently, changed your device/SIM card by reinstalling the AT&T Visual voicemail app. Ensure that you have 4G LTE data enabled as this is needed for visual voicemail.
Other visual voicemail requirements are having a smartphone and data plan that includes visual voicemail and using your own smartphone associated with your account to set up voicemail. Press and hold 1 to retrieve voicemail messages from your AT&T Wireless phone.
If you continue to experience this issue. Use our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool to get step-by-step help for a personalized solution.
Let us know if this helps, and thank you for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums.

I have rebooted the phone numerous times. I don't have an option to enable/disable 4G LTE anywhere I can find, and I certainly didn't turn anything off to make it stop working. When I try the Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool the only options it gives me are:

But voicemail isn't even an option. I literally only have the two options listed.
