Unlock Delay

It's been two days and I still have not received an email to confirm the unlock request and it is sitting in pending status. This is ridiculous to have a locked phone that I own and have to wait for a code to unlock it. I can't even resubmit my request.

Please check your spam/junk folder for the email or text messages for updates on your request. Learn more about unlocking your AT&T device.

 

If this doesnt help, let us know if you are current/former AT&T customer so we can pull you into private and unlock the device on our end. Or if your device is a third party purchase e.g. Amazon/eBay, you may want to reach out to the reseller to perform the unlock request.

Hi,

No luck. So I got a response that the device cannot be unlocked because of an unpaid balance, but my balance is fully paid. I'm a former AT&T customer. If I log in it tells me no balance is due.
