spam texts about student loans. anyone else getting them?

2 in a week. marking as spam don't seem to stop them. pretty annoying.

Thank you for reaching out on the Community Forums. I can understand how bothersome it is to get repeated unwanted texts.  I would be happy to help you with this.

 

For most spam reporting systems they wait until there are sufficient reports before labeling a number as spam.  In the meantime please block the number or try replying with “STOP”. 

 

Please use our Device Support page to see if your device supports blocking. Make sure your device is selected, and then go to Tutorials > Email & messaging > Blocking messages.

Oh my god, I get about 5 CALLS every day from "Jessica" with the student loan forgiveness program.  I've never even had student loans.  Each time it is from a new number, and I just have to keep blacklisting them.  This is getting to be ridiculous.
