S5 Lollipop Update

Im really frustrated I still haven't been able to  update my Galaxy S5 I've tried everything possible to do so. I've spoken to At&t technical support which wasnt able to help me out at all, I also tried downloading Kies 3 on my laptop and wasnt successful, last I reset my phone and still nothing.. Any ideas of what I can do to get the update?
