Request number for device unlock

Hello @Angela1217, we're more than happy to help set you in the right direction of unlocking your device!

In order to request a device unlock, you can utilize our AT&T Device Unlock Portal by entering your account credentials or device IMEI number to continue the steps provided. Once your information is complete, within 48 hours you will be notified via email with more information on your request has been approved or denied.

You can also review our AT&T Things to Know: Unlocking your phone  to make sure that your device has met all eligibility requirements to continue the unlock process.
