Port from Verizon phone not working

Recently ported from Verizon. Samsung s20 fe 5g phone isn't working correctly. Messages don't come through and reception is spotty... was told the phone would work but it clearly isn't. Whats next??

At this time, we'd highly recommend for you to reach out to our Port Activation Center at 888-898-7685. They will be able to assist further with provisioning your account and device after previously porting. You may also check the status of your port online to confirm that your port was successful.
