Phone update
How do I get my phone back to the way it was before it was updated? The update didnt give me an option for my phone not to update. And ever since the update was installed everything about my phone is changed and it doesnt work right. My phone is slower, the camera takes terrible quality pictures, and things dont load correctly.

You can't go backwards. You can wipe your phone's cache partition and you can do a factory reset, both would be good. However, a factory reset will wipe out your data, so be sure to do a back up of your data prior to a factory reset. Wiping the cache partition will not wipe out your data.

I am having the same issue. Both with my S7 active and my Tab E. About a month ago, after a software update, both run very slow and the battery drains fast. While in a known area for good service and also when connected to wifi, it will lose conncetion from time to time. On the S7, I wiped cache partition and did a factory reset. Neither helped.
