Hi there. I have the Samsung Galaxy A02S and it cannot send e-mails while it receive emails normally. Any idea to fix it?

I would normally suggest removing and re-adding the account. E-mail is retrieved using IMAP/POP and sent via SMTP. It sounds like there's an issue with the SMTP setup. AT&T gives two different settings for the SMTP server for IMAP vs POP... and they really should be the same, so I'd recommend changing from the one you're using to the other in this list:
outbound.att.net and smtp.mail.att.net
and I'd suggest port 587 (though 465 should also work)
