Not all of my media transferred to my new phone, but I don't want to lose it.
I hope this isn't a stupid question, but I just wanted to check before I went through with anything. I recently got the new Samsung S22 Ultra. I used Smart Switch to transfer all my data from the old phone to the new, but for whatever reason some of my photos and videos did not transfer. These are photos and videos I would really like to keep. An employee at my local AT&T store said to use the AT&T Mobile Transfer app, but that there may be duplicates of a multitude of items. My question is this: in the app, if I just choose to transfer my photos and media, is that all that will transfer or will it delete everything that had previously been transferred and leave me with just the media? Or is the safer (albeit more tedious) option just to toggle everything to transfer, then go through and delete the multiples?

To complete the process with AT&T Mobile Transfer, you'll need to follow these detailed steps:
You may also additionaly use our Smart Switch option to transfer your data.
We hope this provides the answers you needed and thanks for contacting the AT&T Community Forums.
