No phone calls and no text messages.
I bought a new Galaxy S7 FE last month. I used Smart Switch to send everything from my Note 9 to the tablet. Everything went smooth. I was able to text and use the phone on both devices. Perfect for two weeks. Then I bought a S22 Ultra and used Smart Switch to send everything from the Note 9 to the S22 Ultra. Everything went well except that the tablet no longer receives text and the phone doesn't work. Everything works fine on the S22 Ultra. After a week I reset the tablet to factory condition and used Smart Switch to send it everything from the S22. I went well but still no phone or text on the tablet. I did notice on Smart Switch set up that when I clicked on Android, my only choice was Rick's Note 9 which is on it's way to Samsung. Please help. You people know way more than I do about these things. An AT&T employee checked both devices and said my settings were correct. Thanks in advance for your help.

We will need a little more information about using the phone services on both devices.
What devices are supported by Smart Switch?
Note: You may only transfer content from a non-Galaxy phone to a Galaxy phone with Smart Switch; it does not work the other way around.
How do I use Smart Switch to transfer my content?
