No Audio on videos recorded on Blackberry
I had an update on my BlackBerry Keyone recently from AT&T. Now when I record video on the camera, there is video, but no sound. How can this be fixed? It worked 2 weeks ago and now all I hear is white noise.

We'd love to help with this. Check the settings on the Camera app to make sure the microphone is toggled on. If it is and you still don't have audio on your recorded videos, sign into your myAT&T account, choose the device you're having the issue with, go to the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool, click on Next step, and follow the steps provided to troubleshoot your audio issues. You may also want to use the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to test the camera. If this doesn't help, please let us know so that we can investigate further.
