New to AT&T
I signed up for AT&T several days ago. They set me up with the Samsaung Z fold3 and a unlimited data plan.
Today I received a warning that I have used up all of my 2gb of my 2gb data. I went to my account on line and it says 0gbs with 28 days left. I couldn't get a live person on the phone. I was planning on going back to the store tomorrow unless anyone has an answer for this.
At this point I'm truly regretting switching my service.
I was told I would receive an $800. Credit to go towards the new phone if I traded my old phone in. I traded it in and when I got home I began reading the paperwork that they put in a bag and didn't show me while in the store. On paper was a receipt for my trade in where they gave me $220 trade in value. I was upset and wrote a poor review. I received a call from a guy from the store and said he read my review and it I looked right underneath the trade in value I will see that it says I was given an $800. Credit. I looked. My husband looked. My dog looked! It's not there! It doesn't show up in my account information either! I didn't sign anything as far as legal stuff like I had done for phones in the past. Is there a legal way to get out of this mess, keep my number and go back where at least the local representatives don't lie? I know I can return the phone within the 14 days grace period. I feel screwed! Because of their trickery I see that I will be paying twice as much as I was for two lines with my previous provider. Has anyone else gone through this? Is it worth even getting my attorney involved?
Sorry...I really intended to only ask about the warning I got.
