Need phone network unlocked .so they can get me out the floor..

I've been laying here for two hours trying to call my daughter cause I'm cripple and fallen..I've tried to unlock phone att people have hung up and made jokes of my falling and won't help to unlock this phone ..I purchased in a box of phones from a friend's estate after he passed away..god these phone companies pollute our environment with prepaid phones that the now soul owner is held hostage by a sick company..😫😫😫😫😫
