My notification menu won't let me swipe down to see my notifications.
Hey everyone, I have a very stupid question. My notification menu won't let me swipe down to see my notifications. Instead, when I try to swipe down, my brightness adjuster pops up at the bottom of my phone screen. Any help would be great. I might have his some weird settings button.

Have you checked to see if your device is up to date with the latest software? Has this device hiccup happens recently or is a recurring problem? What mobile device are you currently using?
You can access AT&T Device Support Tool by selecting which decide brand/model you have, go to Tutorials & Videos > Settings > Notifications, and the follow the how-to steps.
