Messaging center number settings
I chaged my home center message address to my cell phone number and now Im getting error message when trying to text out messages...how can i reset my home center message address..
Pls help thank you

Hi there! @cucaloiza thanks for posting your concerns. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had issues with your messaging.
To get the correct message center number back on the phone, please visit us at www.att.com/devicehowto/ select the make and model of your phone, then follow the steps from the left hand column under Email and messaging, then Messaging settings, to reset the messaging default settings.
Once you’ve done so, please send a message with the word ‘test’ to the number 151. If this has been resolved, you will get an automated message on the phone that messaging is working.

Why would so,eone need to use messaging center? Is it possible they use it to hide messages? If so how do you obtain them?
