LG Phoenix 3 won't update...
Hi everyone!, i recently buy a new LG Phoenix 3, it's a great phone, i really like it... but, it won't update. I'm stuck in Android 6.0 with version ending 10g, there's is various version avaliable to download (https://www.att.com/device-support/article/wireless/KM1215461/LG/LGM150/), but nothing, no FOTA, no PC LG software... what can i do?, need help with this at&t... thanks for your help!

Congratulations on your recent device upgrade!
When a software update is available you will be notified OTA. We are unable to push the update to your LG Phoenix 3.

My lg phoenix 3 wont turn on its just a blaxk screen with a flashing ? Befor that it said firmware update looking for any connection ive had the phone 2 weeks please HELP!!!!!
