LG G4 Re-boot Loop - Yes another thread...
My G4 (purchased in Feb 2015) was running fine in late September then suddenly it locked up and, after a short lock up time, restarted on it's own. On restart it went into re-boot loop. Not sure if it was associated to an update or not. Attempted many restarts and got it to come up a few times but it quickly locked up and the cycle began again.
I tried a last ditch effort to factory reset during start-up, and made it thru the two screens for the reset but upon reloading the apps, it hung up again. Now it only tries a single reboot, hangs at the "LG" screen and then shuts down; have to remove the battery to attempt another try, with same results.
My question: I am deployed overseas. I was utilizing this phone (service suspended) on WiFi for reach back to the States. Can the AT&T Forums please provide the contact for LG (phone and email preferred) so I can get them to warranty this phone? Any additional help you can provide is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hey @ScaldedDawg,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having such a negative experience with the LG G4. Unfortunately this is a known issue with LG devices and we’ll be more than happy to provide you with the LG contact information.
The customer service number for LG is 1-800-243-0000. Since you’re currently deployed overseas the preferred method to contact them would either be via Chat or Email. The links for which are available directly from this LG Support page.
Hope this helps and have a great day!
