Hey @Felipe398, we understand how important it is to have the latest software version on your phone, and we're here to help you install this update.

There are multiple reasons why you may be unable to install a software update on your device, as these updates do have requirements that need to be met before they can be installed. Please use the following list to troubleshoot these common update errors:

  • There isn't any available storage. Software updates take up storage space, and require you have a certain amount of available store free before it can be successfully installed. Please check your device's storage space to make sure you have the available data required.
  • Your phone isn't connected to our network. Your device will need to be within the U.S., and have a strong connection to the AT&T network in order to download and install this software update.
  • Your device has a low battery / isn't charging. In order to prevent your phone from dying during a software update, you may not be able to download this update unless your phone's battery is at least 50% - 80% charged, or is currently charging

We highly recommend you check our LG V60 ThinQ support page for details about available software updates, as you'll be able to see the latest update (Android version 11, Software version V600Am20h), the file size, and release date to know if your device already has the latest update.

Please let us know if this helps, and share your device's current software and Android version with us, so we can look into this further if needed.

I've tried everything in my power to get the phone updated for almost 2 years but no luck. It has nothing to do with space or charging, it's the phone itself. I also tried getting support from LG but they wouldn't push an update to my phone. I filed  a claim with asurion because they couldn't fix my service issue through tech support and they are going to send me another phone and I'm out $200
