International Text - Not recieving texts from US while I'm in Korea
I have the international day plan, but I'm not receiving texts from everyone that is trying to send them to me. Do they need to add a country code to my phone number?

No, they text you the same as when you are in the US. Are you getting service? Can you send texts?

I'm getting texts and they are receiving texts. But I cannot receive from a few particular people. Like my wife. LOL

We understand how important it is to stay connected! If you are able to send and receive texts, this error is most likely coming from the senders end. For example, your wife's device. Since you are unable to receive texts from her, there may be an error on her end.
In the meantime, you can visit our Wireless Support page for additional assistance. To get help with sending and receiving texts, scroll down to Connection > then click on Messaging > then follow the prompts.
