I need help obtaining a device driver for my ZTE Z971 Blade Spark

I am in need of obtaining a device driver for my ZTE Z971 Blade Spark. I am trying to pull some photos and things off of my phone and when I connect it to my computer it is not recognized as as device that I can access. It shows up as a USB Mouse according to device manager
