I entered my unlock code and my LG G3 was unlocked, but I can't use my Verizon sim card.

I received my unlock code for my LG G3 and I entered it and it said device unlocked but when I put a Verizon sim card on the phone, it doesn't recognize it. Can anyone help? Thanks.

The AT&T LG G3 is not compatible with Verizon. The phone does not have band 13 for LTE and is therefore excluded from Verizon network. If you had done an IMEI check before you tried to use it with Verizon, Verizon would have told you the phone will not work.

Carrier unlocking does not guarantee a phone will work with another carrier all it does is remove the carrier exclusivity. The LG G3 is a very old phone and is likely not to work on any us carrier anymore.

Contact Verizon. If your phone said it was unlocked, nothing more ATT can do for you. Your phone might not be compatible with Verizon but you need to ask them.
