huawei ascend xt at&t upgrade
aug 21st my huawei ascend xt phone received an at&t software upgrade.
it went to kernel 3.10.49-gd403fad
at&t docs show this to be a security patch but since receiving this upgrade my cellphone
is quickly going to an out of memory state which is almost impossible to clean up and continue
using phone. i have had to factory reset it twice now to no avail. has anyone else come upon this
problem?????? any help available????

Having your phone go in and out of its memory state can defintiely be worrisome! I am sorry to hear this has happened! I certainly would like to review your account to see what options are available.
Since you have already completed the troubleshooting and have done two factory resets, we definitely want to look further into this and see what else we can do. Can you please send me a private message to @ATTCares including your full name, and mobile phone number to the device with the issue?
