How to force new software update
I have been trying for months now to update my android software but every time I checked it says it's up to date. I call my provider, they said to call Samsung who says to call my provider and so on.

If its a ATT phone and your not using it on ATT then you will get no updates.

Is your provider AT&T? That is the only way to update AT&T branded devices. All of the following conditions need to be met:

My A52 5g meets all these conditions but won't update from Android 12 and less security update was in 2022. If I manually check for an update it says it was interrupted
