How do I remove apps that have been installed without my knowledge and do go away with factory reset

Someone had made it to where my phone sends them all of my passwords actions and sometimes gives them remote control over my phone I don't remember the apps that are now all hidden from when my phone was new so what gives

You answered your own question, factory reset. Apparently you have a rogue app or virus but a factory reset should get rid of that. You should probably also change all you passwords too.

@Randoman ,

Exactly how do you know these things happened?

How do you know your passwords have gone somewhere?

How is your phone being remote controlled?

Have you installed apps from places outside of the Google Play Store?  Is this an old or relatively new phone?

Since @Randoman hasn't responded back with a follow-up, I can only assume the issue is resolved.

I'd like to see a better explaination of exactly what's going on, without the confusing run-on sentence.
