How can I turn the ringtone off from a Name I have saved under several unwanted callers?

I Constantly get calls from the same Company but calling me with a different Number and Area Code sometimes several times a day at different hours also. I Do Not Want to use the Phone Call Blocker At&t has because I don't want to pay for it and it blocks All calls even Important calls I do want to receive. I've been saving All those numbers from that Company calling me under One Name so I will know it's them calling again. Now I just want to know how to turn Off All Notifications and Ringing Sounds from that I have SAVED?? MY LG Velvet doesn't give me that Option under that Contact Name.

We understand how important it is to silent unwanted calls on your LG Velvet, @TnTDynomite.

Thank you for the great suggestions, @formerlyknownas. To report unwanted calls, you may fill out the form to report each spam number.

You can also block the numbers on your LG Velvet device. From the Dial tab in the Phone app, select the Menu icon > Call settings > Call blocking & Decline with message > Blocked numbersTo block a number through the Call logs, select the Call logs tab > select the info icon next to the desired number > Block

You may also reference the LG Velvet User Manual for additional support on how to manage calls on your device.

We hope this helps. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums. Please reach back out with any other questions or concerns.

If they're calling you under different phone numbers, you can't block a new number.

What you can do is continue to Mark the numbers as spam.

You can turn on your do not disturb function and use the exceptions, "only contacts"
