Cannot receive messages from some contacts
I just bought the LG Stylo 6. Software is android 10, version Q730QM10c. I can exchange messages with one of my contacts, who owns a samsung device, but not two other contacts, who own iPhones. They can receive my messages but I don’t get theirs. I do not have any blocked numbers so I am not sure what the issue is. I googled this issue but nothing helped.

Thanks for reaching out to us today. We'll be happy to see what's going on with your text messaging.
Did you purchase the LG device from us or did you port it in? If this is a port-in, you may need to adjust the device's APN settings.
Are you able to message other people with iPhones? If the issue is with these two contacts specifically, the issue is probably on their end in their iMessage settings. Ask them to check if they have MMS and SMS enabled.
If you are having this issue with iPhones generally, please let us know and we can look into other possible causes and solutions.

Hi Darais. I bought it unlocked and it didn’t work with any iPhones. I found a YouTube video that showed me how to deactivate iMessenger online. That fixed it! Thank you so much for your help.
