Brand new prepaid phone with unlimited data plan won't connect to internet without wifi
Just bought a brand new LG Phoenix Plus and did setup including transferring old number and plan with unlimited data to it, but it will not connect to the internet without wifi. I have tried turning all kinds of toggles on but nothing seems to be working. Please help. Thank you.

How did you transfer number and plan? Switch SIM cards? Have a new sim made?

I don’t believe that switches your balance. You needed to move your old sim or if it was the wrong size, have your balance and Account moved to a new sim the correct size.
