AT&T Motivate (V341U) picture / screenshot issues
I have a AT&T Motivate (V341U).
I bought a samsung SD card and installed it then "migrated" my data to the SD card.
Now I cannot take photos with the camera, screenshot, or download pictures. The OS tells me "not enough storage" when I try to, however when I go to settings > storage I have 10 GB free on the phone and 550 GB on the SD card.
How do I get back the ability to take photos, download pictures, or takes screenshots?

Hello ShiyoKozuki. This definitely is not the experience we want you to have when trying to use your camera or downloading screenshots or photos to your device.
To be able to resolve your device concern, please try the following steps and let us know if this leads to a resolution for you!
1. Power cycle your device.
- turn your device completely off and back on to see if this will reset and correct the storage settings on your device.
2. Re-try backing up your storage to the SD card.
- First see if your storage is located in the desired location. If not, and you need assistance with backing up your storage to the SD card for your device, follow this helpful guide.
- From the home screen, swipe up to access the Apps tray then select the Files app.
- Navigate to and select and hold the desired file(s), then select the Menu Icon that has the 3 dots in a vertical line.
-Select Copy to, then select Continue to confirm.
-Note: If the Google Files app does not already have permission to access your SD card, select ALLOW ACCESS TO "SD CARD" then select Allow to confirm.
3. Power cycle your device again.
- After backing up your storage to the SD card again if it was not previously, turn your device completely off and on again to see if this resolves your situation.
If after these steps, you are still not able to use your camera, take screenshots, or download photos. Please let us know, and we can take a deeper dive into your issue.
Thank you for being with AT&T and visiting the AT&T Community Forums!

Step2
The only option it lets me select is "intertnal storage"
My SD card is formatted as internal storage. When I try to copy, it says files not found. When I try to open, it says file does not exist.
I don't understand why these files exist but also don't at the same time, I'm very confused.

Hello ShiyoKozuki, we're here to help you manage your storage.
The Storage settings menu allows you to manage internal storage on your
phone and provides menu choices for an optional SD card (not included)
Storage manager removes backed up photos and videos from your device.
Slide the Storage manager switch to the On position to enable the
storage manager.
Tap SD card to view files stored on your SD card.
Tap to unmount the card to allow for safe removal.
Tap SD card > MOUNT to mount the card and make it available for use.
Tap SD card > > Storage settings > Format to format your SD card.
Let us know if this helps.
