Your ATT phone is locked to ATT unless you have gotten it unlocked. Have you?

The phone is not locked just the Sim card and I have called Verizon about the Sim card being locked and there's nothing they can do about it because the phone is not through there company. Please help! frustrating!

That makes no sense. If the phone is not locked but the SIM card is locked, that means you need a PUK code for the SIM card. Only Verizon can provide that.
