Vesta and ID

I been told that i need to send a government issue ID to [email scrubbed] but when i send the email it does not go through. i can't use my phone. Can someone please help me. What is the right email?

 

I walked into the At&t store but they can't help as well. Customer service has been a dead end.

They told me my account has been marked for fraud. This was because I attempted to make two payments that sis not go through because there prepaid online system was down. I have been calling them on the phone with them all day.

Never heard of a prepaid account being marked for fraud. Sorry, I’ve got no suggestions for you. As for getting your phone working again, you could buy a prepaid card and use that to pay for your plan.

That’s what I did and then I sent a copy of my ID to [email scrubbed] and called back and activated my account. The process was to long. I was even in an AT&T store at one point.
