Unlock Request trouble

I have been trying to unlock my iphone 8 which is fully paid and meets all the requirements but the process has been rough with no solutions. When I first tried unlocking the phone I did not get the email after I submitted the form; only emails saying I was too late confirming the request However, after a couple of attempts, I did finally get the emails after submitting the form but when I would check the status of the request I was denied immediately saying would I need to redo the form and press the no option under "do I have an at&t phone number" which I clicked every time which prompted me to copy paste my IMEI #. After countless resubmissions, it is now telling me I have to wait 30 days to try to unlock my phone again and I just don't have that type of time. I have a job and I really need my phone fixed soon. Can anybody help me? And could an at&t store near me help me unlock my phone?

You can file a routine FCC complaint online. It's a simple form. It does require that you have a contact phone number inside the USA. The complaint is forwarded back to AT&T upper management and someone will call you

Since you've stated you don't have an AT&T phone number, you'll need to wait the 30 days before you're able to submit another request. Be advised, our AT&T stores don't have the capability of unlocking your device and this will need to completed online.
