Unauthorised Autopay Subscription
I bought a prepaid SIM on a trip to the US and explained to the cashier that I don't need or want the Autopay subscription as I would be in the US for less than a month. However, I have apparently been subscribed to this service without my consent as my account is being credited every month.
I've been unable to log in to my AT&T account to stop this as I am not in the US and any reset codes or messages that the system sends goes to the US number, which makes it pointless. Because I used my usual credit card there is no US zip code attached to it. I've tried to use 00000 and 90210 which someone suggested and I've also tried the zip code of the store where I bought the sim but each time the system would either reject the zip code or my account number.
Is there a way that I can stop my subscription or deactivate my account from outside the US?

Account access is blocked from most locations abroad. Other than calling, the only other way to stop the charges is to cancel the card used for autopay.

As @sandblaster suggests, cancel the card with you bank.
