Turbo Hotspot 2 not receiving temporary account password
I purchased a turbo hotspot 2 last week that has been working fine, but I do not know the account password. I went to the customer portal and used to tool to reset the password but my hotspot never receives any messages. Calling the support line won't let me talk to a human unless I know the account password (which is the issue I need to talk to them about).
How can I get my account password reset for my new hotspot?
