Turbo Hotspot 2 not receiving temporary account password
I purchased a turbo hotspot 2 last week that has been working fine, but I do not know the account password. I went to the customer portal and used to tool to reset the password but my hotspot never receives any messages. Calling the support line won't let me talk to a human unless I know the account password (which is the issue I need to talk to them about).
How can I get my account password reset for my new hotspot?

Good afternoon @dashank11003, we know how vital it is to have your password available, and we are here to help!
The admin password for the online WebUI is the last 8-digits of the IMEI code, which is printed on the device label (underneath the battery).
Once you are logged in, follow these steps to change the password:
1. Click the Wi-Fi drop-down menu on the left side of the screen, then click Wi-Fi Basic Settings.
2. Edit the Wi-Fi Name and Password as desired, then click Save.

Thanks Joseph, I must not have been clear enough,
I have been able to log into the hotspot web UI just fine. I'm referring to the ATT prepaid customer portal where I assume I can add data/ monitor usage.

I am having the same issue. I tried thru att.com/prepaid to get a password code several different times now and never have I received a code to my device. I just tried again today for the last 2 hours, nothing has come through.

This is the third time I have tried over the past two months or so to reset the online portal password for the hotspot device. I reset the password about 4-5 months ago and when I went to sign back in about 2 months ago, it did not recognize the password. I had the password saved to my computer and written down, and neither worked. Since then, I have been trying to reset the password unsuccessfully. I also tried calling and going through chat and cannot get a live person, just a continuous loop of nonsense. I am being told by the local ATT that I have to go to a corporate store which is like 20 miles away. It appears many are having this problem, we should not have to jump through hoops to simply reset a password. There has to be an easier solution than this.
