We recommend clearing your cookies and cache on your web browser settings and switching browsers to reset your online access. Power cycle your device to reset your device, delete any saved ID's before you attempt to log in again. 


Also, learn how to manage your myAT&T for Prepaid and sign in. Please reinstall the myAT&T app to get the latest version of the app and fix any bugs. Lastly, please follow prompts under detailed steps to reset your AT&T Prepaid PIN/online password on the myAT&T sign-in page.
