I have a AT&T prepaid SIM card.
It was given 10 digit number when I activated it as a $25 per month plan for my mobile router.
Now I am trying to reset password from
https://www.paygonline.com/websc/
But I got this error.

I only have this hotspot device to connect AT&T.
So I cannot call to 611 via telephone line.
Please let me know what I can do to reset password.

Thank you for sending the private message.
I replayed it and got your advice to use correct URL to reset password.
I know there are two web page to login, myAT&T and AT&T PREPAID.
I had been used the web page for the AT&T PREPAID. Because I am using the AT&T PREPAID.
I am still facing to get the same error, “The system cannot reset your password at this time. Call 611 for help” on the AT&T PREPAID web page.
Please help me.
Otherwise I have to switch to another carrier.

I cannot get any solution for my trouble until now.
I am using hotspot device to AT&T PREPAID data plan (without calling capability).
It is obvious impossible to call “611”.
I completely cannot understand why AT&T suggest to call via telephone line.
If anyone can explain what is going on, please let us share it.
I think it is very important to all users who used and/or is planing to use a hotspot devices.
However I had been used AT&T PREPAID (GoPhone) for many years.
It is a time, we have to understand that AT&T PREPAID is useless sometimes.
