We definetly want to see why your device isn't allowing you to sign in to the AT&T network, @GreenDia000.
First, we want to make sure that your device is eligible for use on the AT&T network. Also, be sure to provide us with the device make and model so that we're able to provide device specific support.
Then, you'll want to make sure that you're using a compatible AT&T plan with your device. Feel free to let us know the plan you're currently using with your device.
We'd like to also know if your device was able to connect to the network before, and have you made any recent account changes. This information will better help us determine the reason you're experiencing this error.
