Service has been in a downward spiral for quite sometime and in the past month completely unusable.

I can NEVER log into the prepaid site without first resetting my passwords on any of the 3 separate accounts in our household. My personal service has been spotty at best since fall of 2019. I have changed devices, obtained new sim cards all at the suggestion of AT&T with promises that my service would be better which has NOT been the case whatsoever and a complete waste of time & money just like the service I've paid for for the past year. I can rarely ever make or receive calls or texts and have basically just lived off data over the past year. I attempted the new bridgepay between monthly payments. The bridgepay never worked once with talk text OR data, before the bridgepay even ran out I activated full service again to hopefully get data back at the least. At the current time my phone is completely useless unless on wifi. I've been a loyal AT&T customer since 2012 but at this point I would like a refund and will finally be ending my service. BTW I can't even call for assistance on the phone I've been throwing money at hoping it will work and you offer no online chat for prepaid.

Sorry, prepaid doesn’t refund. You are, of course, free to move your service elsewhere at any time.
