Refund for spam calls and text on my AT&T PREPAID plan
I am on the 25 cents per minute prepaid plan and I am receiving spam calls and text that are being charged on my account. My question is, can I be refunded back for this?

Sorry but no. Prepaid doesn’t refund. That’s one of the drawbacks to the pay per use plan.

Unfortunately, no, you cannot be reimbursed for spam calls and texts. If you don't answer the spam calls, you are not charged for the call. There is not much you can do about spam texts.
