private message to @ATTMobilityCare
I would like to know how to contact customer service to receive a refund for unused charges.
"ATT does not do customer support via email, no such email address exists. The closest you can get to email is to use the private message feature of this forum and send a private message to @ATTMobilityCare."
Does anyone know how to do this?

Unfortunately you cannot initiate a DM. You can tag @ATTMobilityCare and see if they respond.
You will get a faster response if you state your issues here on the forums (no personal info).
Unless there are extenuating circumstances, PREPAID does not refund.

Call 611.
In some cases AT&T might be willing to credit your account so that you can continue to use AT&T service, but there are no refunds
If AT&T says you purchased a service, and you chose not to use it or could not use it, they may or may not issue a credit.

@ATTMobilityCare ,
I'm writing on behalf of a company I work for. We seem to be receiving automated billing - but are unclear as to which account the bills pertain to. There's just a recurring monthly charge on our bank account.
I've tried to call several of the listed customer service phone numbers (including 800-331-0500, listed above by AntonyG,) - and the call either drops, or the phone tree requires more specific information to ID my account (such as an account number, phone number, or the last 4 digits of the SS#). Since I have none of that information, going through the automated phone tree or trying to get a call back (when I've said "Customer Service" for the umpteenth time) doesn't work.
I absolutely need to speak with a PERSON.
I have an account number for another account related to our business, but I would rather work with a real person to resolve this billing question.

@sketterintexas, THANK YOU for taking the time to reply.
@all - I've now tried several times to re-post my question in the Business forum - and each time I do, this site no longer recognizes my username and password.
Is there some sort of tag I can use to get the Business forum's attention (without reposting)?

You have to create a new separate ID in the Business Forum.
Did you create a new ID?
