Prepaid Hot spot
Hello I have 2 accounts of hot spots wifi with phone numbers [EDITED] and [EDITED]. I charged my account with 90$ but it still doesnt show that its recharged. My wifi is not working. I bought an add on of 5gb which worked for 1 day.But I need the 100gb I bought for 90$ to be active. Please help. I am so frustrated.

Your 100GB plan is 30 days long and won’t renew until the 30 days has expired. Using all your data does not cause the plan to renew. Since your plan is no longer offered, there is no way for you to force it to renew. Normally you could force it to renew by doing a plan change but since the 100GB is no longer offered, you won’t have the option of selecting that plan. You’ll need to continue purchasing add-on data until your 100GB plan renews.

But the add ons are only 5gb,which gets over in a day

You can alway change to a current plan but ATT now only offers 50GB for the same price you are paying for 100GB. Just know that if you do change, you can’t get the 100GB plan back.

How do I change? Is it better to change or just add addon on 5gb every day if data finishes a week earlier?
Also the 5gb comes out of the next months plan of 100gb?
