Prepaid Account Number
I am needing my prepaid account number to transfer to another carrier. I’ve looked for it online at paygoonline.com and don’t see it anywhere. I’ve called multiple customer service numbers and can’t get anyone on the phone.

Unfortunately, calling is the only way to get it, it’s not available online. This might not be the best day to call, are you really needing to start your number port today?

It's not published in the paygonline.
You either call or try the myATT website.
Try the myATT website with the email listed on your prepaid account (as long as it’s Verified) Use the same password you use for paygonline. You will be prompted to change password. Once you’re logged in, you can see your prepaid account number on the main page.
