Trying to pay my bill but my account says I can’t make a payment because it’s in collections or something like that? I pay my bill every month with no issues

Prepaid doesn’t have a bill, you refill your account. Getting that “account in collections” response may indicate there is an issue with the phone imei you have associated with your account. In any event, you’ll need to call.

No one has ever come back to explain how this was resolved but I always suspect that they switched from postpaid and their phone number or the phone is connected with an unpaid bill.
