Password reset to check prepaid hotspot balance

I am trying to reset my login to check my prepaid hotspot balance. But when I do it says it sends me the pin. Either it is sending it to the hotspot phone number or it is just not sending it. I do not have a phone or anything other than the hotspot with at&t

Hello Deonw1997, we're happy to help you check your Prepaid balance and login to your account.

Usually, the PIN is sent to the contact number you used to set up the account, but it can be sent to your hotspot device as well.

Were you able to check your device to see if the PIN was sent there? That way, you can log in and check the balance.
What's the make and model of your device? That can help determine the next steps.

If you didn't receive the PIN there, please try resetting the device and then reset your password. You can select your device to find personalized steps to do so.
