NEED ACCOUNT HISTORY RECORDS
Hi
I need to be able to access my account history for phone calls/text messages for the month of July of 2022. It will only let me see the last couple days of the month and I need to be able to view the middle of the month. I don’t even know if anyone working in “Support” or “Customer Service” will even see this. Oh and I’m not sure if this matters but I have a prepaid account for my phone. Thanks.

Prepaid only keeps 6 months of history. Six months back from today would be July 26, so it makes sense you can’t retrieve anything before that. You waited a couple weeks to long to get records from the middle of the month.

Prepaid service has no older records whatsoever. And the 6 months of Records is only for existing customers
