My data rate is too low.

Hello, I am using the prepaid highest rate plan, the $75 Unlimited Plus Monthly Plan. However, my mobile phone only comes out at the speed of the 3G generation, up to maximum at only 10Mbps. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE unlocked phone, which supports up to 5G. The Unlimited Plus plan is a plan that supports up to 5G, but why can't I even use 4G LTE? Please solve my problem.

that phone is not on the approved list for 5g or HDvoice.

That is why your getting 3G only ATT's system cant recognize the phone

see list here

Thats a dual sim phone is the problem.  I would be surprised if its supported in the short term.  ATT is weird about unlocked phones.  The other thing is they are selling a non dual sim model which leads me to believe this model was not intended to be used on US carriers.

Also, I have never caught 4G LTE or 5G signal from my mobile phone.

@Constructive

Isn't the $75 Unlimited Plus Monthly Plan a 5G plan? If not, there is a problem that even 4G is not supported.

Yes, the $75 prepaid unlimited plan is 5G. You could very well only get 10mbps on 4G, LTE or 5G, there may not be anything wrong. What does your phone display show?
