Issues logging into AT&T account; can't receive texts to update password
Hi, I've been in the States for some months and had an AT&T prepaid monthly plan for that time. Now that I'm back in Europe, I'd like to change my monthly plan but cannot access my AT&T account since I forgot my password. However, I also cannot receive any texts to update my password because I do not have service in Europe... What can I do?

There is nothing you can do. Even if you were able to receive the text, you would not be able to log into your prepaid account. Account access is blocked from abroad. To make any changes, you need to call.
