international roaming service...

Hi, there

Due to my mistake, I forgot the apply international roaming service before I leaving the US...

Now I'm in out of country, so I cannot access my prepaid account in web(Att prepaid website not allow to access in out of country) and cannot call to customer service...

Is there any other way that I can apply international roaming service in out of country?....

Thank you

Prepaid has limited roaming.

Since you cannot access your account to add funds it's likely you're in a country that's not covered anyway.

If you are in a covered country, you should be able to log into your account to purchase the international travel add-on. If you can’t login, your only other option is to call the prepaid international support number.

The prepaid number for travelers is +1.408.962.1025

FYI, inexpensive phones sold for AT&T prepaid will not work everywhere. They're meant to work in North America
