I'm outside the U.S. I need to recover prepaid account password, but it seems like there's no sending SMS when I'm out of the US
Hi! I'm trying to access my prepaid account to pay my bill, but I'm not succeeding. It's been about four months I've been in another country, but I was able to access my account and pay my bill normally. However, this July, it is not working and I believe that the problem is in the password, because I get the message: "The information provided is not valid. Please try again." And I believe that there is no way to receive SMS being outside the US, correct? So I'm not able to request a new password. What can be done?

Prepaid account access is blocked from most locations abroad. Only the few countries that prepaid can roam seem to work. If you are in a country we’re prepaid does not roam, it’s not possibly to receive an SMS text unless you have WiFi calling enabled and it works from whatever country you are in. Even if you get the text, account access might still be blocked. A possible workaround is to use a VPN to a US based network. Your other option is to call the prepaid international support number.
