I lost my prepaid phone. I live in a remote location, and there is no AT&T store near me. Can I be mailed a new phone linked to my #?
I'm doing seasonal work in central Alaska, and I recently lost my phone. The nearest AT&T store is three hours away and I have no good way of reaching it any time soon.
I'm trying to contact customer service, but if I want to text chat with a representative, they want me to use my phone, or call, both of which are problematic for me right now.
I just want them to send me a new phone or even just a sim card attached to my current account, but I have no idea how I'm actually supposed to get ahold of them without the use of my cell phone.
AT&T evidently does not do email customer support.
Can anyone offer me some assistance?
